I think Quizlet is a perfect tool for learning a foreign language because it offers a variety of learning modes, including four study modes and two study games.

Kahoot! is a free game-based learning platform that makes it fun to learn – any subject, in any language, on any device, for all ages! Its learning games, "Kahoots", are multiple-choice quizzes. You can access it via a web browser or the Kahoot app and also you can create 4 different types of Kahoots.
